Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between subscribing and buying the ebooks?
If you buy one of my ebooks, you pay more up front — but you only pay once and (provided you bought a DRM-free copy) own it forever, so you can read it as many times as you like.
If you subscribe to the website, you pay less up front but can only access the full Casefile so long as you stay subscribed. If you end up canceling your subscription, you’ll lose access to the paid stories.
Either is a perfectly valid option depending on your financial situation and reading preferences.
What if I can’t afford either of these options?
Free community copies of my books are available on itch.io:

Community copies are offered for free to readers who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford my books. They’re funded by book purchases; for every copy sold, a new community copy becomes available.
To claim a community copy, simply click on the book you want and scroll down until you see the “Community Copies” section, then click “Claim access.”
